We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about working with and serving university students, faculty, and staff in an outpatient setting. As the Front Office Coordinator to support our College Health Program, you will contribute to a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service to all patients and providers through interactions on the phone and in-person.
This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, onsite in our Santa Cruz office.
The Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of recent admin/clerical experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Similar experience within a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with InSync EMR desired
- Multi-line phone experience
- Cash handling experience
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
