Maureen Cahill

Maureen brings over a decade of senior human resources leadership experience to Mindpath Health. Prior to joining us Maureen was the Managing Vice President at Gartner where she launched one of the fast-growing executive solutions in Gartner’s history Chief HR Officers (CHRO). Her HR growth targets were exceeded by 20%, retained 80% of year one clients, and secured 55 CHRO clients in 18 months yielding $4.2M in increased revenue. Maureen served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources officer for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), the 501(c)4 entity that connects the national federation of 35 independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and BA from North Central College.
