About Aida Perez, LMFT
Aida’s approach is patient-centered, strengths-based, and holistic, focusing on empowering the body, mind, and spirit. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy, and holistic therapy. Aida helps patients replace negative thought patterns, eliminate or reduce harmful behaviors, listen to their bodies, establish healthy boundaries, and implement an achievable self-care routine. She enjoys learning about other cultures by attending local events and volunteering within her community. Aida travels often to rest and connect with others. She spends her downtime with her family, two cats, and one dog. Aida is clinically fluent in English and Spanish.Education & Certifications
