About Ashley Hinck, LPCAshley specializes in adults suffering from anxiety, depression, eating disorders, emerging adulthood, life transitions, LGBTQ+, and substance abuse. She works collaboratively with patients to help increase their self-awareness. Ashley utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She has experience using cognitive processing therapy to help patients manage post-traumatic stress disorder. Ashley is passionate about interior decorating and using her creativity skills. She enjoys spending time on the beach with her Australian Shepherd, Tilly.
