About Brad Wuerfel, M.D.

Brad Wuerfel struggled with mental health symptoms during his adolescence and has received treatment that changed his life – which ultimately pushed him into the career of mental health. He is most passionate about educating patients about their conditions and helping them understand their diagnosis is not what defines them. He believes that for any treatment to be effective, it is essential that a trusting, respectful, relationship is established between a provider and a patient. While Brad always provides his opinion of what treatment he believes will be effective, all treatment decisions are made together. Brad has been told by patients that he is an incredible listener and truly makes each session about them rather than himself.
