About Brian Constantine, LMHCBrian is a certified addiction professional who works with individuals suffering from substance abuse and their families. He has more than five years of experience working with young adults, helping them process developmental challenges and family-of-origin concerns. Brian uses cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to identify and address maladaptive cognitive and behavioral patterns. He also utilizes motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy. He sees himself as a guide, helping patients find their own answers through a collaborative process. Brian was drawn to therapy after witnessing loved one’s struggle with mental and behavioral health issues. This persuaded him to help others cope with, manage, and lessen the impact of these issues. Brian enjoys being active in nature to promote physical and emotional wellness. He has backpacked the Appalachian Trail in two to four-day sections for more than a year.
