Caitlin specializes in children, adolescents, adults, and seniors and believes in the power of mindfulness. If we remain still long enough, our minds and bodies will tell us exactly what we need to know. It’s just a matter of connecting the two, which is where counseling steps in. Caitlin combines mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to provide LGBTQ+ care and mind-brain-body wholeness. The whole experience with Caitlin was easy going I felt like I was speaking with a frown or relative even though I tend to jump around a lot she was able to follow and keep up which made me feel secure in continuing to speak on my feelings

I like talking to Catlin. She is very nice. She can relate to my job situation. This is the first time I have talk to a therapist about the sad things that have happen in my life.
