About Courtney White, LPCCourtney’s passion for helping others began when she was young and participated in community outreach with her church. Courtney specializes in adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and chemical dependencies. She uses an ecological approach that combines person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy to create a treatment tailored to each patient’s specific and unique needs. Courtney understands the stigmatization around receiving mental health care and wants her patients to know they will be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She enjoys designing and creating handmade jewelry and other arts and crafts.
