About David Finkelstein, MD
Dr. David Finkelstein is a board-certified psychiatrist and has been with Mindpath Health since 2013. Dr. Finkelstein treats patients interested in long-term psychodynamic or insight-oriented therapy. He doesn’t treat any patients solely for medication management. Dr. Finkelstein wants his patients to understand how unconscious factors from past experiences might contribute to current life troubles or maladaptive patterns. He offers a warm, engaging atmosphere and uses humor, when appropriate, during his sessions. Dr. Finkelstein participated in the advanced training program in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.Education & Certifications
