About Deborah R Owens, Ph.D.

Dr. Owens received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Kent State University in 1997. She completed her internship training at the Long Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center. In addition, she has completed her post-doctoral fellowship, specializing in HIV, at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She has worked with a wide variety of patients in numerous clinical settings.
