About Diane Bailey, LPC
Diane began her career as a nurse and found that her true passion was helping patients and their families through emotional struggles. She also has struggled with anxiety and depression and pursued a career change to become a therapist. Diane specializes in adults suffering from anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and specific phobias. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, TEAM-cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, exposure therapy, psychodrama, mindfulness, and body-mind connection. Diane provides her patients with the tools they need to achieve their goals and be successful. She ran and finished the Houston Marathon in 1995. Diane is a yoga teacher and has been known to include yoga with clients.Education & Certifications
