About Ericka Juarez, PHD

Ericka Juarez, Ph.D. is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 12 years of experience working with adolescent and adult populations in private practice. She has worked with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, psychosis, major depression, and personality disorders. Dr. Juarez has over 20 years of correctional experience, which has given her the flexibility and experience to work with a wide variety of people and problems.

Her decade’s long journey as a therapist led her to receive certification in Integrative Medicine in Mental Health and developing a unique skill set in combining traditional therapy with alternative therapies. She has become more aware of the importance of utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. Which led her complete an Ayurvedic Training as a Lifestyle Consultant in 2018 and integrate these practices into patient treatment.

Her goal is to empower each individual and guide them in seeing their ability to navigate through all the ups and downs of life successfully through combining traditional therapy techniques and alternative therapies such as breathwork, lifestyle changes, and nutritional recommendations. For Dr. Juarez, therapy is a partnership where she works collaboratively with patients to identify and establish an improved overall experience in their day-to-day life.
