About Erika Rubio-Hoyt, LPCCErika specializes in adults with anxiety, anger issues, depression, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Erika provides a non-judgmental and safe atmosphere where patients can feel comfortable discussing their past experiences and work toward healing. After a trip to Australia and much reflection, she decided to further her education and obtain a degree in counseling. Erika is passionate about helping people find fulfillment within themselves. She is fluent in Spanish, loves traveling, and has volunteered in France, Lebanon, Spain, and Thailand.
