About Haley A Horn, PMHNPHaley Horn, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience working in public and private, as well as inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. Haley serves adults with a variety of mental conditions and holds a particular interest in providing trauma-informed care to individuals coping with PTSD. She offers a holistic and patient-centered approach, assessing each person thoroughly and crafting individualized treatment plans that often include alternative modalities such as mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques and nutrition. She is currently pursuing additional training in nutritional and integrative medicine and is passionate about working collaboratively with patients to uncover the root causes of disease. She is well-versed in applying transpersonal psychotherapy for those struggling with identity and spiritual emergency issues and enjoys empowering patients to deepen their insights and define healing according to their own unique values. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cross country skiing, backpacking, cooking and photographing in nature.
