With a foundation in family systems, Jane provides trauma-informed care using cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies and solution-focused therapy. She is passionate about helping patients balance life’s demands while prioritizing self-care. Jane entered the mental health field to help people navigate their experiences and relationships while embracing their most authentic selves. Recently, she stepped back from a demanding role to focus on caring for her aging parents. She enjoys spending time with them and her dog and engaging in creative arts and nature.Education & Certifications
