About Jennifer Fields, PMHNP-BC
Jennifer is dual board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She helps adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder, with a special focus on perinatal psychiatry. Jennifer has a comprehensive approach to treatment, blending evidence-based practices with compassion. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy and supportive therapy to guide patients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, foster healthy coping mechanisms, and develop strategies to manage the complexities of mental health.
