About John "Preston" Cole, LCSW
Preston has over seven years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. He provides guidance but believes patients have the internal strength and direction to improve their satisfaction and mental well-being. Preston also offers couples, marital, family, and parent therapy to address parent and child concerns. His strengths-based approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, crisis de-escalation, and motivational interviewing. Preston has public service experience working with the Special Olympics and Eagle Scouts program with the Boy Scouts of America.
