About Karina di Gregorio, LMFTKarina was inspired to become a clinician after starting her own therapeutic journey at the age of 17. She specializes in adults with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, parenting issues, self-esteem issues, and trauma. Karina utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. She is committed to providing support and understanding throughout the therapeutic process. Karina has three passports from three different countries, the United States, Argentina, and European Community.
