Kimberly is board-certified with more than 10 years of counseling experience and 20 years of health care experience. She specializes in adults suffering from anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and phobias. Kimberly utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy,trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and the HEART model. She is passionate about helping people through their struggles and guiding them to a healthier life.
