About Kristen Ezsol, LPCA

Kristen Ezsol became a therapist after experiencing freedom and healing through the safety and compassion of her own therapy. She believes we are wired for connection and that allowing someone to be present in our pain can change our lives. She earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and is trained in the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Kristen helps her clients develop a holistic perspective of their mental health with a trauma-informed approach and is aided by her background in nutrition and body positivity. Kristen is most passionate about helping patients make sense of their past to create a brighter future. She hopes to create a safe space that encourages and empowers patients to develop compassionate awareness and cultivate a fuller life. Kristen believes therapy can be one space in a patient’s life that frees them up rather than giving them more to do or to be.
