About Laura Fogarty, PHD
Dr. Laura Fogarty has always been interested in the helpingprofessions and working with individuals to facilitate change, growth, and insight. Dr. Fogarty values individual differences, life experiences, and intersecting identities that make each patient unique. She provides an individualized, evidence-based approach specializing in adolescents, young adults, and adults, families, and groups utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Dr. Fogarty provides bariatric surgery evaluations, forensic and custody evaluations, LGBTQ+ care, gender confirmation surgery evaluations, same-day initial evaluations, and psychological testing. She enjoys reading materials from Carl Jung, Abraham Maslow, and Carl Rogers and spending time in nature doing meditative long runs. Dr. Fogarty is an advocate for the development of trails that link communities and create more outdoor green space and accessibility.
