About Natalia Granda, LMHCNatalia is board-certified in perinatal mental health and is experienced with anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, life transitions, and stress. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness. Natalia’s goal is to provide a safe atmosphere where her patients can understand and process their past experiences. She was inspired to become a clinician after experiencing first-hand how healing therapeutic relationships can be. Natalia loves animals, the healing they provide, and has five of her own rescues.
