About Nathan Karakad, DO
Dr. Nathan Karakad is board-eligible in psychiatry and specializes in treating adults with neuropsychopharmacology. Dr. Karakad utilizes his knowledge of medication to improve patients’ lives. His grandfather was a psychologist, which attracted him to mental health. As he got older, his family members encountered medical issues. Dr. Karakad wanted to understand their illnesses, which led him to psychiatry after medical school. He completed his residency at Centerstone Behavioral Hospital and Addiction Center.
