About Peggy Lucas, LPCC-S

Peggy is dual board-certified as a licensed professional clinical counselor and a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor with clinical supervision. She treats adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, major depressive disorder, schizo-affective disorder, and schizophrenia. Peggy has extensive experience with patients who have experienced trauma and suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder. She has an eclectic, patient-centered approach that utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Peggy assists at-risk youth in the juvenile court system as well as adoption and foster care issues. She completes forensic and custody evaluations and same-day initial evaluations. Peggy has two small yorkie-poos, Chloey and Zoey.
