About Raelyn Mosher, LCSWRaelyn knows that addressing a person’s deep-seated issues allows their body and mind to heal. She often reminds patients of Alex Myles’ wisdom that, “you are not broken; you are breaking through.” In her work, Ms. Mosher encourages her patients to lead the way, focusing on healing and helping the patient cultivate their best life. She has a particular interest in helping people avoid, reduce, or come off medication if that is their desire. With over 10 years of experience in mental healthcare, she has experience working in group homes, Youth Development Centers, emergency departments, crisis intervention, inpatient behavioral health, outpatient behavioral health counseling, and medicated assisted treatment counseling. Raelyn has been trained in Brainspotting Levels 1 & 2, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and is pursuing certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting. As a military spouse of 20 years, Ms. Mosher understands the unique needs and challenges of the military lifestyle. She also has experience with families who are concerned with foster care and adoption, as well as experience working with parents of special needs children. Raelyn has a passion for treating the whole person’s mind, body, and soul with mindfulness at the core of treatment.
