About Robinta Calixte, LMHCRobinta specializes in children and adults who are suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, interpersonal and relationship issues, self-esteem issues, stress management, and trauma-related issues. Her goal as a therapist is to assist patients to successfully gain the tools and skills needed to overcome challenges and manage other difficult situations. Robinta has an integrative approach that utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, patient-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based therapy. During her internship with the Department of Children and Families, Robinta worked with children and their families through traumatic experiences. She wanted to understand the healing process and pursued a career to become a therapist. Robinta is fluent in Haitian and Creole, and enjoys exercising, reading, and DIY crafting.
