About Sabina Grosse, PSYD
Dr. Sabina Grosse began her medical career as a nurse. She soon found that her healing qualities came from listening to patients, rather than changing wound dressings or dispensing medications. Dr. Grosse specializes in adults suffering from anxiety, depression, communication problems, eating disorders, employment difficulties, stress management, relationship struggles, and self-esteem challenges. She works collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that is achievable and realistic. Dr. Grosse will explore different therapeutic modalities to find the best fit. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, reality-based therapy, and motivational interviewing. She is passionate about teaching healthy communication and problem-solving skills, and challenges unhealthy beliefs and self-esteem statements. Dr. Grosse can complete psychological testing, same-day initial evaluations, and bariatric surgery evaluations. She is fluent in English and German. Dr. Grosse enjoys beekeeping and has her own beehive. Her goal is to create craft honey in the future.Education & Certifications
