About Sean Stephens, PHDDr. Sean Stephens is passionate about helping people learn how to effectively manage their lives and become the best version of themselves. Dr. Stephens has more than 19 years of experience working with adults suffering from anxiety, adjustment issues, bipolar disorder, depression, stress management, college-aged students, and aging/geriatric issues. His goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and accepting atmosphere where his patients feel guided and supported. Dr. Stephens has an evidence-based approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, which examines the relationship between how we think, feel, and behave to facilitate change.
