About Sonia Echevarria, LCMHC
Sonia is passionate about caring for others and understands that healing takes time. Her upbringing as a Latinx woman in a military community differentiates her from other providers. Sonia helps children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She offers LGBTQ+ care, couples and marital therapy, and family and parenting therapy to address parent and child concerns. Her holistic and patient-centered approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.Conditions Treated
