About Stacey Seay, LPC, LSOTP, LCDC, NCC, CART, ABS
Stacey’s eclectic and integrative approach infuses encouragement with psychotherapy techniques, like cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies. Her patients should expect some laughter as she believes merriment is a great healer.
Over the last 15 years, Stacey has worked in forensic settings and learned the value of treating the whole person. She helps patients identify and heal the deeper issues that often underlie behavioral problems, including attachment problems, issues of shame, self-doubt, difficulty with emotional expression, differentiation from family of origin, unresolved losses, grief, and resolving internal conflicts. She is also licensed to treat people who have been assaulted, sex offenders, and those who experience hypersexual and dysfunctional or problematic sexual issues.
Stacey enjoys water activities, running, singing, and playing games.
