About Strachella Lespinasse, DNP, MSW, PMHNP-BC, FNP, LCSW
Strachella is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who helps adults with a focus on nutritional and reproductive psychiatry. She recognizes the role of nutrition and hormones in mental health. Strachella also helps with anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, depression, and trauma. She provides culturally sensitive care to meet her patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
