About Tamera Moore, LPC
Tamera is licensed as a chemical dependency counselor and specializes in adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. She pursued an education in the mental health field after watching her loved ones suffer from their own mental health. Tamera wants to be a resource in the community that has the knowledge and skills to help others begin their journey to healing and recovery. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness techniques to give her patients more peace and calm in their lives.
