About Tara Lindahl, PsyD
Tara was raised in a family surrounded by mental health issues. From a young age, she wanted to help others not feel like she did. She focuses on women’s mental health and postpartum and perinatal issues. Tara has a collaborative approach using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and attachment theory. She is a runner and loves all things Peloton.Education & Certifications
