About Tiffany Franzo, LCMHCTiffany works with adults suffering from anxiety, addiction, adjustment issues, anger, depression, relationship or interpersonal issues, and trauma. She also teaches techniques for stress management, time management, problem solving, and social skill building. Tiffany helps patients gain insight, understand connections between their past and present, and be empowered to make healthy personal changes. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Tiffany views the patient as the expert of their life. Her role as therapist is to be a validating, empathetic, supportive, and collaborative guide while providing a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. Tiffany believes that she is privileged to help her patients on their journey to self-discovery, recovery, and healing.
