Vernon has always been passionate about helping others. He has more than 28 years of experience as a public-school educator in underserved communities and has served as a case manager and therapist in a variety of settings. Vernon specializes in individual and couples therapy using the Gottman Method, acceptance and commitment, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotional-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy. He employs therapeutic models that will develop an effective and engaging treatment plan to meet patients’ objectives. Vernon enjoys his leisure time by bicycling, bowling, playing chess, golf, and riding his beloved motorcycle.Education & Certifications
