Yolonda focuses on children, adolescents, and families and assists with parent and child concerns, and is well-versed in providing gender-affirming mental health care. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, family-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Yolonda is passionate about providing a safe atmosphere to help patients feel supported and encouraged to share their emotions and experiences. She provides tools for her patients to feel self-empowered, learn healthy communication, and take ownership of their feelings.
