Dr. Hower believes in providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care while building a collaborative relationship with each patient. Dr. Hower was drawn to psychiatry for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives while building long-term therapeutic relationships. He particularly enjoys working with adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults experiencing ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other common outpatient mental health conditions. He likes helping patients develop practical treatment plans that improve their academic, occupational, and personal functioning. Outside of work, Dr. Hower enjoys strength training, following financial markets, spending time outdoors, and continuing to learn about topics that help him grow both personally and professionally.
