About
Dr. Aditya Lakhani takes a collaborative, patient-centered approach to treatment, recognizing that each person’s experiences, goals, and challenges are unique. He combines thoughtful medication management with lifestyle changes, including improving sleep, exercise, nutrition, and daily routines, along with cognitive and mindfulness-based strategies to help patients feel their best. Dr. Lakhani believes that mental health is shaped by both biology and life experiences, and that understanding each person’s story helps create a treatment plan that is both effective and personalized. He values open communication and works closely with patients to track progress and adjust treatment together over time.
Dr. Lakhani was drawn to psychiatry because he believes no one should have to navigate life’s hardest moments alone. He finds it incredibly meaningful to partner with patients through difficult seasons, helping them better understand themselves while working toward hope, healing, and a life that feels more fulfilling. He strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey. Outside of work, Dr. Lakhani enjoys hiking, camping, yoga, films, traveling, and spending time in nature.
