He takes the time to fully understand each individual’s background and what they’re going through, thoroughly answer questions, and work collaboratively to create a plan that is tailored to that patient’s needs and goals.
Dr. Kadhim chose psychiatry because he enjoys getting to know people and wants to help them through difficult times. One of the most rewarding parts of this job is seeing patients make progress. Outside of work, Dr. Kadhim enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes, staying active, and watching sports.
