Think of Aisha as your mental health GPS, not here to judge where you’ve been, but to help you recalculate, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
Aisha believes that trust and connection form the foundation of effective mental health care. She approaches each patient with curiosity, respect, and the understanding that every person’s story is unique. Her work combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic perspective, helping individuals build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
Aisha works with children, adolescents, and adults, recognizing that each stage of life brings different challenges.
As a parent, she understands the realities families face today, supporting children with anxiety, emotional regulation, and school pressures while helping parents feel confident and supported along the way.
She also works closely with teenagers, who are often navigating identity, friendships, academic stress, and the emotional ups and downs of growing up in our complex society.
Aisha has a special interest in helping women and mothers who feel overwhelmed by the demands of balancing work, family, and personal expectations. She helps women reduce burnout, manage stress, and reconnect with themselves.
She also supports men experiencing the quiet pressures of societal expectations, providing a space where emotions can be explored openly and mental health can be strengthened without stigma.
Outside of work, Aisha enjoys exploring new cuisine from diverse cultures, dancing to various music, and listening to podcasts and audiobooks, simple things that keep her grounded and inspired.
Aisha strongly believes that mental wellness is not about changing who you are, but about returning to yourself. Life doesn’t always follow a straight path, but with guidance and support, you can always navigate your way forward.
