About
Amy takes a holistic approach to care. She takes the time to understand each individual and gets to know their unique goals, challenges, strengths, experiences, background, and lifestyle. Her goal is for patients to feel empowered to improve their own health and wellbeing. Amy strives to create a safe space where patients feel heard and supported throughout their journey. She believes in collaboration and encourages an open dialogue where patients can ask questions and share perspectives while you navigate life’s challenges and changes together.
Amy was drawn to the mental health field because she believes we are all a work in progress and believes meaningful change is attainable. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, baking, and arts and crafts.
