About
Arizona believes therapy is most effective when patients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. She views patients as whole people, recognizing that their mental health is shaped by their relationships, experiences, culture, values, and overall well-being. Using a trauma-informed approach and evidence-based techniques, she helps patients build insight, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Arizona was inspired to pursue a career in mental health through both professional experiences and her own journey of healing from past trauma. Those experiences deepened her passion for supporting individuals who are navigating similar challenges and reinforced her belief in the transformative power of compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. Outside of work, Arizona enjoys traveling, spending time with family, friends, and her dogs. She’s also started crocheting as both a hobby and a creative outlet.
