Dr. Barris Ayres is a seasoned cognitive behavioral therapist and has worked in the mental health field since 1989. Dr. Ayres deeply respects individuals from all backgrounds and can work with individuals, couples, and families. Additionally, his background in Christian ministry allows him to connect with patients referred by pastors, though he works equally well with individuals of all faiths or none, always honoring their values without imposing his own.
