With her own journey and experiences of navigating mental health challenges since childhood, Bee (she/her) has developed a passion for therapy. Throughout her Master’s and Doctoral programs, Bee realized her interest in working with adolescents and young adults. She enjoys working with the college population and enjoys collaborating and supporting students throughout their journey seeking independence, managing hardships, and life transitions. Throughout her experience in working with adolescent and young adult mental health, Bee has recognized the impact of various obstacles, pressure, and distress these populations encounter in their daily activity.
Bee focuses on the following treatment modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Approach, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment Focused. Bee practices with both evidence-based and holistic philosophies. She believes in the practice of coping skills, developing goals, and utilizing psychoeducation to develop progress in mental health.
