Brae approaches therapy with a person-centered mindset, believing that every patient brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals to the table. His sessions are grounded in empathy, and he strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel genuinely heard and understood. Brae aims to tailor sessions with evidence-based techniques to fit patients’ needs while encouraging growth at a pace that feels manageable. He brings warmth, authenticity, and even a little humor, because sometimes a shared laugh can be just as healing as a breakthrough insight. Brae’s goal is to build practical skills, navigate challenges, and make meaningful, lasting progress in a way that honors who they are as people.

Brae’s inspiration to work in mental health began after losing his father at age ten and realizing how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen and help you process pain. Studying psychology and attending therapy deepened his desire to help others heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression especially within the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of work, Brae loves and embraces the simple joys in life. He enjoys bowling, watching movies (especially horror), and has an affinity for professional wrestling. Fun fact: he came in second place at a national spelling bee in Atlanta, GA when he was 15!
