About
Caitlin believes the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation of real change. Her guiding philosophy is to show up with warmth, honesty, and genuine care, and to let that connection be the ground everything else grows from. She uses practical, trauma-informed tools to help people become aware of their patterns and build healthier ways of coping in daily life. She also offers body-based therapy and teaches somatic processing tools, since bodies often hold what the mind hasn’t fully processed. Caitlin enjoys creating a space where my clients can slow down, open up, and turn towards their truest self. Above all, she wants each client to leave feeling more free, more whole, and more like themselves.
Caitlin came into the mental health field through her own experience of healing. She finds somatic therapy incredibly transformative and trained as a yoga instructor and yoga therapist. Over time, that path led her toward a deeper calling, helping others access the same sense of wholeness. Outside of the therapy room, she stays close to the things that keep her grounded: spending time with loved ones, playing outdoors, practicing yoga and meditation, and dancing to the Grateful Dead.
