Camille’s approach centers on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and valued. She integrates compassion and empathy with evidence-based, holistic care, allowing each patient’s story and strengths to guide treatment decisions, while considering the emotional, developmental, cultural, and environmental factors that shape a person’s mental health.
She is especially passionate about early intervention, recognizing that timely support can reshape a young person’s trajectory, foster resilience, and strengthen the entire system. Her approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, emphasizing safety, collaboration, and empowerment so patients and caregivers are active partners in their care.
Central to Camille’s practice is a warm, trusting therapeutic alliance built through developmentally appropriate communication, genuine curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique identity and context. She is deeply committed to advocating for mental health awareness and reducing stigma, guided by the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
Outside of work, Camille enjoys exploring creative outlets such as painting, cooking, and scrapbooking. She also loves going on walks, spending time in nature, reading, practicing yoga, and swimming. She is always looking for activities that support personal and professional growth, while nourishing both the mind and body.
