Carli helps patients navigate big feelings and embrace parts of themselves hidden in shame, fear, or sadness. She considers supporting individuals through change and transformation a true privilege and holds each session as a sacred space. Carli uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, alternatives for families CBT, attachment theory, and family systems theory. Her expertise lies in trauma-informed care and addressing eating disorders, which she is deeply passionate about. Carli’s journey into the mental health field began with a sixth-grade realization that she was destined to become a therapist. Although the “why” behind her calling wasn’t clear then, it has gradually unfolded and continues to evolve. Carli enjoys spending time with her 4-year-old daughter and her English bulldog – both of whom she jokingly refers to as her “worst work-from-home coworkers.”
