See more cliniciansAbout
Carly’s approach to therapy is highly relational and collaborative, drawing from years of experience working within complex systems. She integrates Gestalt, insight-oriented, and behavioral therapies with her background in expressive art therapy, weaving creative and somatic modalities for a holistic approach. Carly aims to help patients feel understood, gain clarity, and leave sessions equipped with practical tools. She is passionate about supporting adolescents, often incorporating play and art therapy while engaging caregivers in family sessions to strengthen connection, communication, and relationships. With a personal mindfulness and yoga practice, Carly brings a grounded presence to her work. She is pursuing advanced training in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and sex therapy. Carly has experience working in impacted communities navigating layers of trauma, especially LGBTQIA+ youth, which highlighted a huge gap in services for youth and adolescents. She enjoys reading, gardening, hosting dinners with friends, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her cats.
