Cassandra is dedicated to providing deeply empathetic and personalized care to her patients. She works to build strong, nonjudgemental relationships and wants to see her patients become the best version of themselves. Appointments include time educating patients and strategically working with patients to take part in their treatment plan when possible. Cassandra motivates her patients to optimize their physical and mental health by utilizing holistic and non-medical strategies into their treatment plans as well.

A native of New York, Cassandra’s commitment to mental health was shaped early in life by her desire to break generational cycles of untreated mental illness in her own family. That personal experience fuels her mission to destigmatize psychiatric care and make it approachable for everyone. As a lifelong learner, she stays current with the latest research and therapeutic approaches, bringing expertise and enthusiasm to the treatment of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
